Famous Footwear

As you know, Michael Cohen has been providing us with tips on getting that star-studded look with the help of the One-Star High-Top shoe by Converse. If you don’t fancy high-top shoes, you should check out Famous Footwear, a recent addition to our Ma Partner Stores. They carry an extensive line of men’s, women’s and children’s shoes from dressy to athletic shoes for any occasion. Currently, they are running a ½ price sale on every shoe with no exclusions! What a deal!

What makes this an even sweeter deal though is the fact that instead of driving over to the store, I can simply order from my web portal and get the same deal, minus the hassle! After looking through what seemed like thousands of types of shoes, I settled upon a pair of Ann Marino Qywnne shoes (on sale for $49.99) in lime green, a great color for the springtime I might add! While I was at it, I picked up a pair of black Steve Madden Nevell’s (on sale for $64.99) for JR. Normally, these shoes would cost about $150.00, but with this great sale (and their already low prices), I managed to spend under $100.00!

With the added savings, I managed to get two great pairs of shoes at a great price! I can also wear these shoes while I’m in Spain, or even when we go out for the evening. In addition, JR can wear his shoes with his One-Star Boot-cut jeans that Michael mentioned for that dressy but laid back look!

Well, I’m off to Spain. Keep checking back daily for new tips and suggestions!

Hummmm. I am not feeling the Steve Madden Nevells...too close to a pair of Kenneth Cole that I'm fond of.

BUT...In the excitement I found an awesome pair in the Soho section at Famous Footwear - "Soho Lab. Men's Feat." Not a tremendous discount...but I will take it where I can get it. (Catch that one on the way home.)

They are $109.99...down from $114.99. They only come in tan...which may be a bit off of the fashion forecasts for spring...as I am under the understanding that gray is the "new" brown.

FYI...Loren, This is all your fault since you got me started on tonight's shoe shopping spree. BUT!!!!!! I found a dior flip flop on sale at eluxury.com. YES...AS "ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS" as I may sound right now...I am spending $355 on a flip flop!!! Now I'm going to work with Patsy Stone at Jeremy's in London.

AND since SOMEONE didn't invite me to Spain...I am going alone. :oP

I just had one of my friends buy me one of my birthday presents through the my portal at our partner FootSmart. Loren, since you like the MBTs, you would like the FitFlops--they exercise and tone your legs but they're not as high as the MBTs. I'm wearing them now and they're comfy--and they offered free shipping which my friend liked. Dara from Stamford, CT

I am trying to remember what the shoes are that you were talking about at Leadership, the ones that help reduce cellulite. Can you please let me know what they were called.
Have a great time in Spain.

HELP...anyone have a suggestion for a comfortable walking shoe/sandal for a flat footed person? I'm going to Vegas next week and time I was there, I had shooting pains through my feet and legs because of all the walking we did. I'm extremely flat-footed and am looking for a shoe that is somewhat fashionable, but really great for walking.

OK, I have got to get on my portal and check out the shoes. Loren, I have a question for you, our shopping diva! If you could pick a store on our portal with the absolutely most incredible shoes that are the most comfortable on your feet, excluding the spikes, which would you choose? And any particular brand? Thanks, Loren!! Mary Ellen in Rochester NY
