If there is one thing that I learned from Fashion Week, it is that fashion is about being daring. Daring can mean wearing a bright color in the fall or as in the case of Aminaka Wilmont’s designs, wearing shoes that thread the line between comfortable and fashionable.
Over on PerezHilton.com, Hollywood’s ‘gossip gangster’ found these shocking shoes that will be part of Aminaka Wilmont’s upcoming Spring/Summer 2009 collection.

I’d say…different, but I love it!’ Such a unique style!

OMG…please leave it. I can not picture woman wearing these shoes…even if they did I would more find them flat on their face than on their own two feet! lol Anyways…not my favorite pair of shoes. =)

This would be the type of shoe that you wear on rare occasions.
Picture this: A dark, two toned Kimono with these shoes, entertaining guests in your home with a Japanese themed dinner.
It would be a good conversation piece! :-)

You ask take it or leave it…My answer is leave it. These are not safe for your tender tootsies. Ouch! You couldn’t walk with these on unless you were inside your home. Outside, your feet would be at risk for cuts and scrapes. This works for the cat walk, but not real living.
