Motives Muse Event: A GREAT Success!

What an exciting few days it has been! I’m absolutely exhausted, but I feel wonderful! Last night, I hosted the first-ever Motives by Loren Ridinger Muse event for beauty editors from some of the top fashion and beauty magazines out there. I’m talking Good Housekeeping, Lucky, SELF, Allure, US Weekly — it was fantastic! I showed several looks inspired by some of the most gorgeous women in history–think Marilyn Monroe, Ava Gardner, etc. The editors were very impressed with the line. I can’t wait to share photos from the fabulous event with you. I’ll upload them for you as soon as I decompress, whew! Here are some images from the event invitation to tide you over. Until then, I’m going to reward myself with a nice, warm bubble bath and a long nap!

It occurred to me over the weekend—which I spent sopping up every ounce of fresh air I could—that my back patio needs a little sprucing up. Some new glasses for entertaining? Perhaps some great outdoor lighting? Bright-but-expendable furniture?
