Have you noticed how a cool cardigan and belt combo makes its way into nearly every outfit Michelle Obama puts on? I love this double-layer number with the brocade pencil skirt. The distinctive lattice-work belt is especially great: It pulls everything together and gives the whole ensemble a layered complexity. Now I want one, too!
