Carpe Diem! If you can't wear them with a fabulous bubble mini like Madonna, short shorts or leggings – what is the point of a gorgeous pair of thigh high boots? If it makes you feel like a Rock Star, I say go for it! A great pair of pumps and a good lip gloss can make even my most stressful of days better.

Doesn't work at all. The skirt needs to be longer and the boots need to be shorter.

NO! I don't think anyone should ever wear thigh high boots with a mini skirt. It defeats the purpose of the mini skirt, by covering the legs completely.
