One (1) person and one (1) accompanying guest will win an opportunity to meet with Loren Ridinger at the 2009 International Convention (value: priceless, the “Prize”). I too am a scardy-cat when it comes to speaking in front of people and to hear the story of you fainting the first time JR asked you to speak gives me hope that I too one day can go from scared to empowered and confident like you are today.

The 2009 World Conference Convention is one of my favorite. Motives by Loren Ridinger created a big impact to me and my business. Motives became a trend & more exciting. I jumped pin level because of the revelation that you shared about Motives becoming the very best. I am always excited every time you release a brand new product and I keep my customer updated with everything. Everyone is excited with the new Motives Custom Blend Foundation, I am sure it will create more sales for my team.
If I get a chance to seat down and talk to you, I will personally remind and tell you how you empowered me from the first time I met you last August of 2007 (my first convention) at Networking Social Party at Sheraton. You said a strong word by saying “I hope to see you on the next convention” because of that I made sure that I will never miss any big events.:) My story probably not unique but because of Motives I was able to turn around and said goodbye with my 3 stressful jobs.
Second, I would like to request if we can bring back some “collection items” like the previous year we have Summer/Fall Collections Kit. My customer liked that because it’s cheaper and they can organize their make up by collections.
And also, to get more varieties of matte colors especially I have a lot of baby boomer customers, who are not a big fan of pearlized colors.:)
I also would like to request if we can get a foamy cleanser for Cellular Labs, my customers love this line.
Of course, I would like to learn more about Motives and where it’s heading. I will be happy to learn some tips from you to help my entire team to grow towards Motives University. And lastly, to experience an event with Motives in NYC if its not too much to ask.:)

Loren, meeting with you would be an amazing opportunity. As an artist I view the face as a blank canvas waiting for color to express its inner beauty. I would love to learn how you chose the fabulous color shades. With so many colors in the world, what was your inspiration? Then how were they created? Color can be just a word to some, but with a meaningful story behind the product it changes perception. Creates an ownership. Something women have to have!!! Word then spreads. How much time do we have!!!???

Another comment after reading some of the blogs. Something that I did in another marketin venue was a "talk show" type of interview with many participants with question and answer intimate setting kind of thing. It seems that after reading some of the comments this is something that can be a huge benefit to the process of refinement, growth, and exploding new ideas. Love to just share that format idea and how it worked, etc. An amazing venue.

Loren, everyone wants to know the "real" you, the Loren behind all the glitz and glam of MA and magazines and outstanding products. I, in addition to learning what your passions are and what drives you daily to do what you do, would be most interested in learning what are your weaknesses and what you do to overcome them. Also, can you describe a time in your life where and/or when you made poor decisions and how you dealt with the outcome. I find you a woman of great strength however we grow most during our periods of trial. This is what I would like to learn about you.

I joined the company in March 2009and know that this is the retirement plan that I've been searching for. I'd love to meet Loren and ask some of the questions from my consistently growing list. For example I'd ask how she became the savy business woman she is today. I'd also ask for any guidance that she could provide to help me build this business. I'd also ask Loren for any advice she could offer on maintaining a strong marriage in the face of many obstacles. This is just a sample of topics we could talk about during our visit. My wife and I are both senior consultants. She's the make up artist and I'm the formula maker. We have the benefit of having Jodi Usher in our backyard to lean on for advice. We would like to take our Motives business to new heights with the new Custom Blend Liquid Mineral Foundation and would like to use this to expand our team and client base. We have three new distributors that we are working with to develop them into consultants and beyond. Tips from the top can be useful.

The tip of any iceberg is what most people are amazed to see, however it's the 95% of the unseen portion that is under water and the driving force. The same could be said for MA in that the World has only seen the tip of what we are and have to offer. That day is coming to an end as MA emerges from the unknown to being a house hold name.
