As we begin to prepare for Thanksgiving, I have to ask you: What’s the serving piece you use most? I’ve done an informal poll around here and what I’ve heard so far is a silver bread tray, a casserole dish with glass lid, a slotted spoon and a soup tureen. Even if you’re not cooking this year, these items make great hostess gifts – and you can find steals on all of them at Wal-Mart.com (check out their great Paula Deen line), Sur La Table, Macy’s and Meijer.
