The truth, sadly, is that if my heels feel even slightly painful, I’ll probably never wear them again. They might as well be completely obsolete. While I find spike heels wonderfully flattering and sexy, I generally try to track down alternatives that offer a dose of femininity but are actually walkable. Round toe, wide widths and platforms are all good options that offer comfort and style in one.
