Wow – today was nothing short of being absolutely powerful and I hope you all got as much out of it as I did! We packed the American Airlines Arena! Throughout Conference, a lot of people always ask me about my outfits and how and why I chose to wear what I do on stage. Honestly, I have been a huge fan of tweed suits for a long time, so it was a pretty easy choice for today’s ensemble! My skirt suit was by Versace – and I love the fabric and details because it adds the perfect dose of femininity.

This jacket is slightly taken in at the waist, which is a great way to add curves, and I wanted to steer clear of any boxy-ness. The band around the waist adds even more definition and the small detail of piping along the edges of the jacket gives it a unique twist.
