Katie Holmes stepped out wearing a floral mini earlier this week to Variety’s 2nd annual Power of Women luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Katie has been quoted saying that she allows her daughter Suri to dress her – could this have been one of those occasions?
In my opinion, pairing a spring dress with tights and black accessories made for winter does not work!

I think the dress is flirty, feminine and sexy and looks great on Katie…but would look stunning with a very sheer black or cream stocking! Shoes great but with a colored bag!

I like it for some reason it looks good on her and im not a big fan of hers. The length, the colors, i think it looks great with the black, her shoes look kind of pointy and i dont really like that, other than that its nice for a luncheon

the black doesn’t work for me, in any season. picking up the pink would be cool, but maybe not for a business luncheon, even in LA. probably nude (maybe light blue or green) tights.

In my opinion, I am sorry to say it’s a MISS. Firstly, I’m not into floral prints or patterns. Secondly, perhaps it would have looked better if paired with a bare leg and strappy heeled footwear or evn a much lighter shaded tight.
