I’m voting for the boots, which could work with tights and a skirt, a dress, skinny pants, jeans, leggings… basically, everything in my closet. Or, and be honest!, am I playing it too safe?

The boots are definitely the most wearable thing on the list. In fact I had a pair like that in 1975! I will definitely get some this year as well.
