Leather skirts in every form—mini, pleated, pencil—have been popping up since New York Fashion Week kicked off a month ago. But it was the Parisians that figured out how to wear them best. The winning combination: A soft lace blouse and a fitted leather skirt. The look is tough without being hard, sexy without being girly, and definitely  something I want to start wearing now.
