The Man Cave, Part 4: Bachelor Bedding

Not big on making your man bed? There’s no better solution than a duvet with a simple white cotton cover. It not only spreads over the mattress in one fell swoop but also hides a multitude of sins (rumpled sheets beneath, socks, cookie crumbs…). Simply invest in a cool upholstered headboard and one embellished pillow and there you have it: a pulled-together, serene, minimalist look in about 30 seconds.

Eventually, you can even graduate to a bedspread like this one, and fold the duvet at the end as a handsome accent. There, how easy was that?

Love,

Loren

P.S. Click to my go-to sources for sheets and pillows: Garnet Hill, Target (see NYC designer Thomas O’Brien’s line), Crate & Barrel, Neiman Marcus (check the excellent sales section), and Nate Berkus’s collection on HSN.
