A pregnant Jessica Simpson recently went on record with Lucky magazine thanking her curves for her hugely successful fashion empire. Jessica Simpson has been criticized for weight loss and weight gain over the years in the press, and she credits her curvy figure for the success of the Jessica Simpson brand. Jessica claims that the body she has now makes her more relatable to her fans and consumers – do you agree? Are you more likely to buy Jessica Simpson products because of her body type?
I for one am so happy about her comment, i love all women skinny med large or plus size they are lovely to me. but as we no in are world us as women are judge day after day for are size rather you are big or small. I do however no being a women with curves and yes i have boobs and butt i wear a size 14-16, and i have struggle with the fashion world forever when i was younger i always thought my whole life i was fat, and me wanting to be a model new that wasn’t gonna work so i gave up on the dream, i always heard from people you are so lovely, but just a little to heavy, and the truth was i was far from fat or heavy. So time went on and i got older after trying to starve myself and the depression and all, i finally realized i had to love who i was. Then i meant a wonderful man who tells me everyday i am so stunning. When i got prego’s it was bad gained 60pounds with my 1st son and man i felt so bad my self esteem drop, then i started dropping weight and feeling a little better and wow when my little one was 11month’s ur prego again lol i was so worried i was gonna gain 60pounds again but i didnt only 18 this time but i still had 20 from the last baby so i was still considered fat. Now my little one is 15months and the older one 2and a half and i have 5pounds left and you no what i feel great better then ever i am confident and strong and i don’t no why i ever let weight bother me as long as you are healthy lady’s enjoy your self i like to take my kids for ice cream and i share with them and we go out to fast food i just watch, i don’t diet i live. I can tell that is what Jessica is doing and people need to leave her alone. and yes i believe that women now a days have why more curves then before and if fashion would just get use to that and start letting bigger girls model high fashion and runway there sales would be through that ruff women relate to other women like themselves if i go past a magazine or see an add with a women with my body type i’m gonna buy it cause i can relate to them that’s what sales is all about relating to each other in my eyes Jessica has the right idea.
