Just last week Katy Perry stepped out in a sheer striped dress that looked very similar to Rihanna’s New Year’s Eve sheer striped dress from 2010. I like Katy Perry in it the best, it may be because the color looks better in that style of dress or may be because she has a more slender build and it hangs on her better.
