I dont think it looks particularly good on either of them. The colour is great and j lo makes most clothes look good but it looks too tight on her and the.collar is unflattering on both. VB is way too thin and the collar really draws attention to her boney shoulders.

Neither! It is not a flattering dress for either lady. Collar looks uncomfortable, makes the bust line for each star look weird and the chosen design of the collar fabric makes it look like a neck bandage. The vertical, wrinkling or pleats look uncomfortable, not in line with the dress fit nor fitting to the whole look. The color is the only saving detail which they both wear well.
