Kate Middleton has topped Vanity Fair‘s annual Best Dressed list for the second year in a row! The Duchess of Cambridge is named Vanity Fair‘s most stylish star of 2012, with actress Jessica Chastain runner up. Kate Middleton snagged the cover of their 7th annual style issue (on stands today!) with the magazine naming “Kate the Great” their best dressed celebrity for 2012.
