Lindsay Lohan was back in court yesterday due to violating her probation by skipping out on mandatory community service at the Downtown Women’s Center. Revoked probation aside, Lindsay selected an interesting ensemble for her day in court; Lindsay was spotted in a white outfit, gold accessories and very harsh makeup. I am loving her scarf, though, it’s the Chan Luu Eggshell scarf.

Remember the jewel-tone Temperley London dress Pippa Middleton wore to the Royal Wedding evening reception? I saw Lindsay Lohan in the same glamorous dress at Kim Kardashian’s wedding on Saturday, only it was white, as requested by the couple.

Why Changing Your Hair Color Means Changing Your Makeup

When you change your hair color (a la the newly-brunettes Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie) do you change your makeup, too? I find that it’s a terrific opportunity to experiment with lip, cheek and eye-shadow colors. (Your foundation, which needs to match your skin tone, should always stay a constant!!) Anyway, here’s my rule of thumb, which I learned from a makeup artist-friend: If you’re taking your hair in a brighter direction – strawberry blonde, coppery red or rich chestnut – a shift to softer, neutral shades on your eyes and lips can look amazing. (I love our bestselling Motives Lip Shine in Candlelight, $10.50.) Alternately, if you’re going blonder or darker, you can get away with bolder, more dramatic hues: red lips or a lush smoky eye.

I always take my hair a little darker in the winter. Am I wrong for feeling like, even in Miami, we should have a change of seasons, too?

Lindsay Lohan Taking 6126 Leggings Line into Clothing

Just heard Lindsay Lohan is expanding her 6126 leggings line into clothing during 2010. I think this is a brave decision after her role at Ungaro has created such… controversy. But, we shall see! The leggings are a bit risque for my taste, so it should be interesting to see how this new venture pans out. Do you own any 6126?

Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Macy’s and specialty stores will carry the clothing line in fall 2010 (same places that carry the leggings).
