Right now you can stop by any participating Bebe location and leave your gently worn jeans in exchange for $25 off a new pair from Bebe’s Fall 2010 collection. Your old jeans will then be donated to Clothes4Souls and distributed to others in need all over the world.
Can’t part with any of your jeans? Then simply donate $10 cash to still get the $25 off.

Happy 4th of July! I hope you all are having a great holiday weekend!
If you’re looking for a patriotic way to spend Independence Day, head over to your closest Old Navy. If you purchase one of their signature flag tees today – for only $5 – they will send another shirt overseas.

You can also make a donation of items our troops might need, like undershirts, socks, flip flops, toiletries, etc. at your local Old Navy, which will give you 10% discount on your entire purchase today.
Lots of love,
Loren
My heart breaks every time I hear or think about the Gulf Coast oil spill. If you feel the same way – and don’t know how to make a difference -try this on for size. Literally. Kenneth Cole has created a line of custom T-shirts with 100% of the proceeds donated to Awearness (The Kenneth Cole Foundation) to aid in the disaster clean-up.

There are 14 different colors, 14 tongue-in-cheek slogans (”I Clean Up Well”) and a variety of graphics for you to choose from while designing your shirt through Kenneth Cole’s Facebook page. Each shirt is only $35.

The premise behind Warby Parker, a new line of eyeglass frames started by three recent business school grads, is simple: dozens of vintage-inspired frames, all priced at a mere $95 and for every pair sold another pair is donated to someone in need. I’m not really sure where to begin with my rant about why this company is so great: they give back (a lot) and make a cool product that’s affordable.
That’s enough for me to be completely in love with them. How about you?

Good morning all :) So today is Earth Day, and I have found the perfect way to celebrate – with a Gilt Groupe Sale!! Part of Gilt Groupe’s Earth Day sale proceeds will benefit the National Audubon Society and The Nature Conservancy.

These “Eco Chic” sales will include designs from Loomstate, Matt & Nat, Leigh & Luca, Dr. Hauschka and EDUN. Every item in the Gilt ‘Gift Tab’ will be “green” including organic totes and handbags, eco-friendly tees, soy candles, recycled scarves and Earth friendly make-up.
FYI: the biggest item on sale in the Gilt ‘Gift Tab’ is gifting trees through American Forests. It is a dollar per tree, with bundles selling at $15, $50, and $100.
If you like the way this sounds (I certainly do!) then click here and use my special invite to register!
Lots of love,

This is a wonderful opportunity for us women to make a difference in the lives of those suffering from breast cancer. Nordstrom Fits America is a lingerie event where you can receive a complimentary bra fitting and get a sneak peek at new styles. However, the most important part is that for every bra purchased in store, Nordstrom and participating brands will donate $2 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.
To RSVP to Nordstrom Fits America, find the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® in-store event near you by looking on Nordstrom’s website.

Lots of love,

PS: Participating brands include Amoena, Betsey Johnson Intimates, Calvin Klein Underwear, Chantelle Intimates, DKNY, Donna Karan Intimates, Elle Macpherson Intimates, Elomi, Fantasie, Fayreform, Felina, Freya, Josie Foundations, Le Mystère, Natori, On Gossamer, Panache*, Simone Perele, SPANX® and Wacoal.
There are two reasons I love Figs, an indie neckwear label out of Santa Monica. The first and most obvious reason being the entire collection is just plain cool: Polka dot bow ties, classic houndstooth, and summery knit ties. But what really turned my adoration from interested to head-over-heels obsessed is the philanthropy behind it. For each tie purchased, Figs donates a uniform to an impoverished child in Kenya and Tanzania so that they can attend school.
Prices range from $125 to $140 for ties, but when you factor in the cost of a child’s uniform, this price tag seems pretty reasonable to me. Check out the whole collection here.
Lots of love,
Loren
