Levi’s New Butt Advertisement: Creative or Controversial?

Levi’s and Old Navy have decided to take a woman’s curves seriously and promote their new denim collections, which offer custom fits for the shape of your rear. While many are celebrating their fresh and innovative advertisements, some are claiming this branding technique is too controversial, especially because of Levi’s usage of the word ‘ass’.

This past Tuesday, Jessica Simpson launched the new Jessica Simpson Jeanswear collection at her showroom in New York City. Doesn’t she look happy?

As she should – in addition to Jessica’s successful line of shoes and handbags, I bet this endeavor will be a huge hit!

It is said these jeans will be budget-friendly for recessionistas everywhere, but we’ll find out soon enough! The collection includes denim, skirts, knit tops and jackets and will hit stores in July.
