Another Supermodel Designer Enters the Fray

I’m so into Amber Valletta’s new clothing collection for Monrow, sold exclusively at RonHerman.com. She’s injected each piece with her signature brand of cool surfer-model style and ease. The first thing I’m buying is Valletta’s buttery-soft, cream-colored fringed scarf – it’s looks vintage-y and a little rock-n-roll. I can already see myself wearing it with a tuxedo jacket or in place of a necklace with a simple neutral dress.

If you watch CNBC you may have seen Tory Burch, the designer who launched herself into icon status with her Reva flats and gold double “T” logo, on “Power Lunch.”  I really appreciate other female entrepreneurs  like Tory and it’s great how she has recently started the Tory Burch Foundation, which will assist small businesses owned by women with loans and financial services.
