I’ve been hinting about a new fashion contributor for MFC and she really is the perfect candidate… Amber!! My daughter, the person I love most, is one of the most stylish girls I know and it is so great that instead of just helping me get dressed… now she can help all of us:) I am so proud of Amber and I promise you guys are going to love what she’s come up with.

My mom and I are super close and our mutual love for shopping and style is definitely something she passed down to me. I’m thrilled that she asked me to contribute to her blog – I’ve read every post! – and you’ll be “seeing” me around MyFashionCents once or twice a week over the next few months. Shopping for your autumn wardrobe doesn’t have to break the bank so each complete outfit I write about will fall around $300, give or take. This is so exciting for me… I’ll be back in a couple of days with an “all about bows” post! xoxo

Yours by Loren for HSN jewelry launch prep

The Yours by Loren for HSN jewelry launch is getting closer! Only a few weeks left until I go live on HSN December 12th and reveal my glamorous (and affordable!) jewelry collection and I couldn’t be happier with how things have been going so far. My HSN coach Laurin Sydney is here in NYC with me today to help prepare for the Yours by Loren live TV segment and celebrity stylist Ty Hunter and my daughter Amber are working on wardrobe choices for me. Celebrating Amber’s birthday in the Greek Isles

What an unbelievable vacation so far! After 2 days in London and visiting our SHOP.COM offices, my family and I have made our way to beautiful Greece. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my sweet daughter Amber’s birthday this year… the Greek Isles are a magical place! We’ve been playing tourist in Athens and having the time of our lives:)

Duane McLaughlin’s Ready To Live Album Release Party

Amber’s fiance just released his new album Ready to Live and we celebrated in Chelsea Piers on Utopia III Saturday night! Everyone came out to support Duane and his amazing music: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, Kourtney Kardashian, Jonathan Cheban, Kelly Osbourne, Russell Simmons, Benny Medina and so many other close friends and family. Duane’s performance was such an inspiration and also supported the New York City Police and Fire Widow’s and Children’s Benefit Fund.
