Check out this sneak peek of Carrie Bradshaw, before Sarah Jessica Parker! Sex and the City was an HBO phenomenon until 2004 and as I reported a few months back, a prequel is headed to the small screen. The Carrie Diaries will join the CW lineup this fall and shooting has already begun. 18-year-old actress AnnaSophia Robb was chosen to play the young Carrie, set during Carrie Bradshaw‘s high school years in the 1980s. I can’t wait to see style trends that emerge from this show! What do you think of AnnaSophia Robb as Carrie Bradshaw? Will you watch The Carrie Diaries?

Speaking of Adriana, our girlfriend Kim Kardashian was spotted out and about in Madrid carrying the Adriana Castro Crocodile Vibora Clutch! So luxurious!
You might already know this, but if you don’t I’ll fill you in – Adriana Castro’s accessories and handbags, including the Vibora Clutch, are available through Market America

She’s a trendsetter, a writer and lives in NYC… who could I possibly be referring to? Sarah Jessica Parker’s Sex and the City character, Carrie Bradshaw, of course! For those of you who are fans of the stylish Sex and the City girls, here is a tidbit of info that will (hopefully) tide us over until SATC2 comes out: Candace Bushnell, author of Sex and the City, is publishing a book about Carrie Bradshaw’s high school days! I can’t wait to read about Carrie before she was dressing in designer duds.

The Louis Vuitton-inspired cover art is genius!
