I used to only wear pencil skirts. Now I throw on a tiered skirt all the time – it works as well with a fitted jacket for work as it does with a silk tank for evening. (Below, see two of my favorite petal skirts from Barneys (in black) and Urban Outfitters (in white) Still, my friend Vanessa insists that a pencil skirt is always the sexiest option.  Do you agree?
