I’ve posted before on handbags, but can we talk about wallets for a minute? My personal philosophy is that you should invest in one that you absolutely adore, so the act of having to fish it out of your purse to pay for something actually becomes a cheering moment. I splurged on a lovely woven metallic wallet at Calypso-Celle two years ago and have gotten a lot of bang-per-use out of it: The wallet still looks brand-new and always brightens my day, even when I’m buying a cup of coffee at a bleary-eyed 7am.
