Celebrities like Jessica Simpson and Paris Hilton have launched shoe and accessories lines that portray their personal style, and best of all, with great price points, making their collections best- sellers around the country. The latest shoe line is available this spring, and comes from the duchess herself, Fergie! With styles ranging from sky-high platforms ( like the ones the petite singer usually wears) to gladiator sandals and rocker chic styles with zipper details. Even more fashion “centsible” styles will be springing forth from Fergie this spring, as she is launching Fergalicious, a lower price point collection that will be sold at Famous Footwear, JC Penney, Sears and Shoes.com for about $39-$69.
While their logo may somewhat of an anomaly — given the type of products that they carry, don’t let it fool you! It is cute and catchy and over the past few month, has kept me coming back to their site! Despite having started only one year ago, celebrities like Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson, even my close friend, Jessica Simpson all shop there for their unique and trendy tops and dresses, denim, even accessories like the friendship bracelet that Lindsay and Sam were recently seen wearing in an issue of People Magazine. The store I’m talking about is called Chickdowntown and it is fast becoming one of the top stores to shop at for designer fashion!

In a split second, the holidays were here and then gone. I really hope that everyone had a wonderful New Years Eve ringing in 2009! Marc, Maria, JR and I rang in the new year in the Big Apple, with a few close friends in Paulina Rubio, Alejandro Sanz and Raquel Pereda, as well as Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo along with a few other Dallas Cowboy’s players. As we put 2008 behind us and look forward to a new President of the United States in Barack Obama and a rejuvenated economy, I wanted to take the time to wish everyone a wonderful and prosperous 2009!
