Was Carrie Bradshaw a fashionista even in her high school days? It looks like we’ll get to find out as the CW has picked up the Sex and the City prequel series; it will follow Carrie through her senior year in a small New England town. Both movies and the original SATC on HBO fueled fashion trends for years and I can only imagine how The Carrie Diaries (and the new Carrie!) will influence young women… with Gossip Girl producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage reportedly in on the project I think the new show will be a hit in the style department.
