AB: What are some of the issues or challenges you’ve gone through building your multiple businesses? 

LR:  Time management is critical and also a challenge. You have to prioritize on what is most important first and sometimes everything is a priority. I don’t think 24hrs is enough time to do everything I want to accomplish in one day. Luckily I have an amazing group of people around me that makes it easier for me to juggle.

AB:What do you personally think are the keys to success?

LR: Some key elements to success are: having a great team, determination, focus, drive, setting goals, organization, passion, belief and setting deadlines.

AB: You must be such a busy woman! what do you do in your free time?

LR:  What free time :) Although, whenever I do get free time, if I get any, I like to do nothing watch movies with my family and daughter and not leave the couch.
