Here is the gorgeous Selma Blair at the premiere of Get Him to the Greek (anyone seen this movie yet?), where she pulled a unique eye makeup maneuver: under shadow! Instead of the basic smokey eye with dark shadow on her lids, Selma applied it along her lower lash line.
I think the metallic shadow on the lower lashes + her full, dramatic brows really = the perfect frame for her brown eyes. To steal her look, first smudge on some of this:
