Even if temperatures are rising do not get confused with what is appropriate attire for the office and what is weekend or beach wear. Flip-flops, even if worn with a shift dress or a pencil skirt are definite NO. Flip-flops, are meant to be worn at the beach. Go for a nice strappy sandal or a wedge. Also a great pedicure and clean looking feet are a must if you are going to wear sandals to work. Keep your look polished, clean and professional!
Spaghetti straps are also a NO, unless you are wearing a cardigan or a jacket over them should not be worn to work. Even if it is melting temperatures outside you are not working at the beach so keep your look professional. Go for shift dresses or a light blouses.
