I’m leaning towards a more romantic feel this New Year’s Eve! Ruching and ruffles galore with details like soft braids, bow peep toes and my mom’s new Yours by Loren jewelry will add a feminine touch that I think will be beautiful for ringing in 2012. These New Year nude dresses are at around $50 so you can put a whole look together for an affordable price (I always splurge on Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.. one of my favorites!!) xo

Flamenco dancer meets gypsy princess walked down the runway at Missoni spring 2012 in Milan. The oversized jewelry, floral heels, fringe scarves and endless ruffles may not work all together in real life but it made for a great show! I can see myself picking up a few of these pieces to add a free and fun vibe to my wardrobe next spring. What do you think of this bold and bright collection?

Both Kristin Cavallari and AnnaLynne McCord were spotted out and about recently in NYC wearing this cheerful, bright red coat from Old Navy. The tailored fit and black buttons are certainly classic, yet the ruffles at the neckline add a dash of romance and prettiness:
Grab this fall must-have coat at Old Navy for only $89.50! Love when celeb style is super affordable

The DKNY woman will be sophisticated and refined, yet fun and girlie, for Spring 2011. Bright colors and pretty patterns paired with ruffles and bow-tied belts make for statement pieces that are perfect for every day:
Easy to wear – straight off the runway – don’t you think? I love the turquoise for warm weather!

Subdued like Demi Moore in Versace Atelier?
Full-tilt like Vera Farmiga in Marchesa?
Or would you take the middle ground like Diane Kruger in Chanel Couture?
Demi and Diane looked beautiful (at least in my book), but Vera looked like she was wrapped in a bedskirt! Thoughts?
