In addition to the spectacular weather we had over the weekend, I took part in the 2009 Women of Substance and Style awards ceremony. It was unbelievable, with over 2,000 people (JR, Amber and Duane included) in attendance! Besides receiving this award (which I was extremely excited about), Bal Harbour Shops was transformed into a complete fantasy show, with dancers, shows and exceptional food!
It was like I was at a concert — where I was one of the performers! While I wasn’t actually performing, The Pointer Sisters and Seal did as well — and they were nothing short of amazing!
