Honestly I cannot believe the record-breaking temps down here in Miami! Brrr… the weatherman says a warm front is on the way and I hope he’s right! With that said, here’s one of my favorite looks for when the mercury drops – a runway shot from DKNY’s fall show.

Dress For Your Shape: Steal Susan Boyle’s Glamorous New Look

Have you heard? Susan Boyle’s debut album has set records by selling 701,000 copies in its first week, and now tops the charts in several countries. I love that Susan’s new dress sense is every bit as timeless and sophisticated as her music. Take this navy gown: The rich blue shade is a much easier shade to wear than black (less likely to wash you out, especially over age 40), and the flattering silhouette adds curves to her torso and enhances the shape of her hips. Has anyone heard the album yet? What do you think?
