My Favorite Flats under $50

Though I’m a high-heel lover at heart, truthfully I find myself in flats 99 percent of the time. Thankfully, fashionistas can now find flats in just about every shape, style, pattern, and color to suit their needs. Here are a few of my favorite picks for under $50.

Striped Espadrille $43 | Peach Ankle Strap Flats $30 | Mint Oxfords $33 | Leopard Gold Toe Flats $50 | Navy Blue D’Orsay Flats $25 | Geo Print Loafers $17

Striped Espadrille | The espadrille slip-on is making a comeback in the fashion world in an amazing and oh-so comfortable way. It took a while for the look of this flat to grow on me, but it eventually did and I admit to wearing them for at least three days out of the week. The soft sole, flexible canvas, and matchability (ability to pair with many outfits!) of this shoe make it all the more appealing. Not to mention, espadrilles come in just about every pattern, however, my favorite is still classic stripes.

Ankle Strap Flats | There is something so ladylike and vintage-esque about an ankle strap. Though it may be harder to pull on in the morning, the ankle strap accent adds a touch of class to your outfit. Pair these flats with a sleek pencil skirt and your favorite cardigan for the perfect office ensemble.

Oxford Flats | The oxford shoe is reminiscent of a men’s dress shoe with a feminine twist. Oxfords first appeared in Scotland and Ireland, but didn’t appear in the states until the 1800s. Today, oxford shoes are hardly masculine and can be seen on fashionistas sporting delicate dresses, pastels, and even metallics.

Leopard Print Flats | This next pair is another one of my personal favorites. Though leopard is a bold and vivacious print, it’s one that miraculously pairs with just about anything in my closet. I love mixing this print with everything, from florals to stripes or glam to casual; these flats should be stocked in every woman’s closet.

Pointed D’Orsay Flats | Talk about a shoe that makes you feel chic the moment you slip them on. My classic favorite is the pointed d’orsay flat for its flattering shape and elegant qualities. The open panel sides give your feet a bit more breathing room, and the pointed toe definitely ups the sophistication factor.

Loafer Flats | Last but not least is the traditional loafer. This shoe is another spinoff of men’s footwear styles, but has been revamped in fresh colors, bold patterns, and quirky designs to bring new life to this old classic.

Dear sir/madam,

I’m Sarah Eden.
I’m searching for a business partner. I have visited your site ( and found your site’s themes are closely related to mine. Your site is pretty good and I’m quite interested in. So I’m writing to ask whether I can place a text ad or banner ad (not the type of CPM and CPC)on your site. If you are interested in, could you tell me what’s the price of it for 3 months? About other details we can talk later.

Hope for your reply.
Thank you!

Best regards,
Sarah Eden
